Meet the Democrats for Pemberton
Belinda Fontanez, Ph.D., is a 30-year Pemberton resident, veteran, educator, pastor, and public servant who spent years protecting public health and enforcing local standards. She believes in ethical leadership, transparent government, and putting residents and taxpayers first.
An Air Force veteran, pastor, and small business owner, Frank built East Coast Total Maintenance from the ground up in 1989. He raised four kids in Browns Mills and uses his training as an AF medic to answer chaos with calm.
A Navy retiree who spent 20 years in federal service across the Department of Defense and HUD, Debra also inspected housing for the State of New Jersey to keep residents safe. She treats every tax dollar like it matters — because it does.
A lifelong resident with an MBA and a master’s in environmental policy, Jason is a finance expert who manages budgets and grants for the State of New Jersey. He knows where government wastes money and how to stop it.

Every Pemberton voter has three options. Pick whichever is easiest.
Apply by Oct. 27 by mail, or in person at the County Clerk until 3 p.m. on Nov. 2. Return your ballot by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
