Matthew Riggins was unanimously elected as Chair of the Burlington County Democratic Committee (BCDC) at the county reorganization meeting, held at Indian Springs County Club in Evesham.  The BCDC also unanimously supported Vice Chair Heather Cooper, Treasurer Nick Repici, Recording Secretary Sarah Holley, and Corresponding Secretary Rob Wells.

Riggins thanked Joe Andl, previous chair, for his 14 years of service to the BCDC. Under Joe's leadership, Democrats have won all five of the Burlington County commissioner,  the 7th Legislative District Assembly and Senate seats, and for the first time in over 50 years, the 8th Legislative District Assembly seat.
