Gina Capate and Renee Bruce are running for two seats on the Maple Shade Township Council. Smart, accountable governance that puts Maple Shade families first.

Lifelong Maple Shade resident, Board of Education member, Joint Land Use Board member and secretary of the Maple Shade Food Bank. A Maple Shade High School graduate, Gina has volunteered with Toys for Tots for 30 years — expanding the program beyond the holidays to include Easter and back-to-school distributions for children across Burlington County. She served as PTA President for the Maple Shade School District, helped found and led the United Girls Softball League of Burlington County, and is a longtime leader and former coach with Maple Shade Girls Softball.

26-year Maple Shade resident, proud union member, Maple Shade High School secretary and Joint Land Use Board member. Renee has raised her family here and brings over 28 years of experience in education to her role at the high school. On the Joint Land Use Board she has developed a thorough understanding of local ordinances and the critical importance of responsible, community-driven planning. Her career has been defined by patience, active listening and collaboration — skills she will use to ensure every resident feels heard and respected.
